A Call for Accountability
The wall of names is not just a memorial.
It is a mandate.
A city cannot truly heal while families wait decades for closure. Justice delayed becomes trauma extended. Silence becomes generational pain.

Black History Month reminds us that accountability has always required organized, courageous communities. From voting rights to civil rights to public safety — progress has never come quietly.
HTFF believes Jacksonville can do better.
HTFF believes justice is possible.
HTFF believes every child deserves resolution.
We move forward not in anger — but in determination.
Not in division — but in demand for dignity.
Because the measure of a city is not how loudly it celebrates success…
but how seriously it pursues justice.
As a committed civic partner, HTFF is calling upon the Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office (JSO) to take renewed and measurable action in closing cold cases involving slain children in Jacksonville.
We believe:
- Every child’s life carries equal value.
- Every family deserves answers.
- Every unsolved case deserves active pursuit — not archival dust

Public safety must extend beyond patrols and press conferences. It must include transparency, urgency, and consistent communication with affected families.
